All artworks sold on this website are original paintings created by Ainhoa Montánchez. I make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions, including images, dimensions, and prices. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of handmade artwork.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices listed on my website are in Euros (€), inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in the Netherlands.
  • I accept payments via Shopify Payments.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • I ship to addresses within the Netherlands and Internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Orders within the Netherlands typically take 2 to 5 business days, while international shipments may take up to 4 weeks.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
